© SUNNY KUMARI picked up a camera somewhere between deadlines, mostly to slow down. What started as a way to unwind on hill trips to Shimla, Jibhi and Jalori Pass turned into a habit of noticing — how light falls on a face, how a moon sits against a dark ridge, how a still object can hold a whole mood.
Most of what I shoot is portraits — on a phone, not a camera body. No separate gear, just knowing where the light is. On the side: wide scenery from the hills, and long-exposure moonshots on clear nights.
When I'm not shooting, I'm a final-year Computer Science Engineering student building backend systems in Java and Spring Boot — a discipline that, oddly, teaches the same patience: get the exposure right, iterate, ship the frame that works.
